We are excited to welcome our newest Cannon Kinder Cubs for a fun morning designed just for our incoming kindergarten students and their families!

What is Kinder Camp?

Kinder Camp is a special event that helps incoming kindergarten students become familiar with their new school before the first day of class. Students will spend time getting to know their teachers, meeting future classmates, exploring their classrooms, and beginning to feel comfortable at Cannon Elementary.

While the Kinder Cubs Are Learning...

Parents and guardians are invited to attend an informative welcome session with Dr. Garrett, where you'll learn about:

• What to expect during your child's kindergarten year
• Daily routines and school procedures
• Ways to support your child's success
• Opportunities to get involved at Cannon
• Resources available for Cannon families

It's also a great opportunity to ask questions and begin connecting with other kindergarten families.

Starting kindergarten is a big milestone, and we're excited to welcome your family into the Cannon community. Whether this is your first child starting school or you're new to Cannon, Kinder Camp is the perfect way to begin the school year with confidence.
